01、辦學情況
上海康德雙語實驗學校是由黃浦區區委、區政府全方位鼎力支持創辦的、在黃浦區教育局具體指導下于2017年正式創建的、區域內十二年一貫制的民辦學校。
Shanghai Concord Bilingual School (hereafter referred to as ‘Shanghai Concord’) is the first internationalised private school in the Huangpu District. Recruiting students from Grades 1 to 12, the school is fully supported by the Party Committee and the Government of Huangpu District and is guided by the Huangpu District Education Bureau.
學校崇尚學術立校，因此攜手在學術方面有卓越追求和輝煌成就的英國私立康德學院(Concord College UK)共同開創在上海的學術辦學之路。
In order to achieve the high academic standard that to which we aspire, we work in collaboration with the UK’s premier international boarding school, Concord College UK.
學校領導團隊由在上海教育界有著極高聲望和影響力的特級校長、原上海復旦附中校長謝應平先生領銜，Mrs. Fiona Pacock 女士擔任學校執行校長一職。同時，學校依托英國康德學院直接引進學術團隊及優秀外籍教師，攜手市級、區級學科帶頭人和極富潛力的青年教師組成師資團隊，共同營造學校國際化的人文環境和交流氛圍，促進不同文化間的相互理解。
Shanghai Concord has a management team led by the former Principal of the High School affiliated to Fudan University, Mr. Xie Yingping, who has a leading reputation and considerable influence in the field of education in the region. Meanwhile, Mrs. Fiona Pocock has joined SCBS as the new Executive Principal. Using her experience learnt in the many schools she has led, Mrs. Fiona Pocock is well?positioned to lead SCBS in the direction of high achievement and with eyes on the very top universities worldwide. In addition, our new school has received full support from Concord College UK in appointing the academic management team and excellent expatriate teachers. With the local academic leaders and young teachers with great potential, the first class staff team has committed to building an international environment in the school and this new community is working within an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding.
學校在嚴格執行市教委義務教育國家課程的同時，在不引進境外課程、不使用境外教材的前提下，積極探索構建具有自身特色雙語課程和中外融合課程，提供個性化的教育服務、學術指導和生涯規劃，培養“身心健康、德才兼備”的、具有國家意識、本土情懷和國際視野的、適應未來社會發展需要的棟梁之才。
The school will fully deliver the Chinese National Curriculum based on standards set by the Shanghai Education Commission. We offer no overseas curriculum. No overseas textbooks are used routinely throughout our lesson delivery. We have established a school that has bilingual courses, alongside Chinese and English enrichment courses with their own characteristics. Such an approach offers students not only academic development but also an independent learning style and considered career planning. We believe that this is the best way to nurture students who not only have a regional, cultural and national identity with an international perspective but also enjoy good physical and mental health, curiosity and creativity. It is our goal to imbue our students with this ethos so that they will become the backbone of our future society.
學校位于黃浦區汝南街53號，具備國際化學校的品質，設施配置齊全，學校有充足的床位提供非本區學生宿舍，同時對有需要的學生可提供校車接送。
Shanghai Concord is located at No.53 Ru Nan Street in Huangpu District. It has the quality of an international school. The school offers bus services. Accommodation is available to students who require it.
02、招生計劃和程序
1. 執行《上海市教育委員會關于2021年本市義務教育階段學校招生入學工作的實施意見》和《2021年黃浦區初中階段學校招生入學工作實施意見》，根據黃浦區教育局核準的招生計劃數、計劃分類，在招生范圍內進行招生。
The recruitment process will be carried out according to “Student Recruitment in Compulsory Education in 2021 by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission” and “Huang Pu District 2021 Middle School Student Enrolment Policy”.
2. 分類計劃及招生數: 2021年學校招生計劃總數為100名，四個班級，班額數不超過25人。分類計劃如下：
Enrolment Categories and Numbers: In 2021 we will recruit in four categories, totalling 100 new students. The details of the enrolment categories and numbers are as below:
3. 招生范圍：信息已錄入“上海市義務教育入學報名系統”的小學五年級畢業生。
Recruitment Scope: primary school graduates whose information has been registered with the “Shanghai Compulsory Education Enrolment System”.
4. 網上報名及志愿填報：有意愿選擇我校就讀的學生和家長，5月6日至5月8日登陸“上海市義務教育入學報名系統”(shrxbm.edu.sh.gov.cn)，選擇填報上海康德雙語實驗學校為報名志愿，還可根據個人意愿另外填報一個調劑志愿。
Please apply online through the Shanghai Compulsory Education Enrolment System (shrxbm.edu.sh.gov.cn) between May 6th and May 8th. You can select Shanghai Concord Bilingual School as the only choice, or add another option as your secondary adjustment choice.
5. 招生錄取及確認
1)報名志愿招生錄取
* 5月17日—5月18日為報名志愿錄取時間。如報名人數小于或等于招生計劃數，則全部錄取。如報名人數超過招生計劃數的，由區教育行政部門實行電腦搖號隨機錄取。
The first round of enrolment takes place between May 17th and May 18th. If the number of applications exceeds the number of places available in a private school, then students will be selected randomly through computer draw. * 5月19日—5月20日可以組織驗證。5月20日起，通過短信和“上海市義務教育入學報名系統”陸續告知相關入學信息。Between May 19th and May 20th, the first round of offers will be sent out via text messages and parents must respond to the offer by text or through the Compulsory Education Enrollment System portal.
2)調劑志愿招生錄取Second Choice Confirmation (not mandatory, doesn not apply to everyone)
* 5月23日—5月24日為調劑志愿錄取時間。The second round of enrolment takes place between May 23rd and May 24th.
按市教委規定，2021年5月27日完成招生錄取工作。學校將在黃浦區教育局規定的日期內發放錄取通知書。
In accordance with regulations of the Municipal Education Commission, the recruitment will be completed on May 27th, 2021.
03、收費項目及標準
經黃浦區發展與改革委員會核準(黃發改物價【2018】6號)，2021學年，我校初中學生學費收費標準為每生每學期80000元，即一學年收費160000元。
Approved by the Huangpu District Commodity Price Bureau, the tuition fee for SCBS Middle School per student per semester will be 80000RMB, 160000RMB for the whole academic year of 2021/22.
學校可提供外區學生寄宿，住宿費預估為每學期28950元，即每學年57900元，較終費用按實際發生的結算。住宿費、校車費、午餐費、課外教育活動費等費用等另行收取。
At present our school can provide accommodation for students who genuinely require it. Approved by the Huangpu District Commodity Price Bureau, the accommodation fee will be 28950RMB per semester, 57900RMB per academic year. The final expenditure will be subject to the actual costs incurred.
校車費、校服費、午餐費、課外教育活動費等費用另行收取。
